Your staff can access these pre-approved, brand controlled templates through the SignatureConnect MarComm Web Portal™ from anywhere. Once they choose the appropriate piece from your online catalog,  they can personalize or localize that document to their specific needs, see a proof within seconds and order on the spot. Saving Time and Money Through Efficiency

Step 1
Personnel sign into the MarComm Web Portal and pick the appropriate (pre-approved) template from your online catalog. Once the employee chooses the correct document,  he or she can personalize or localize it to their specific needs, see a proof in seconds and submit it for corporate approval— on the spot. They simply click the get approval button in their browser.

Step 2
The designated approver automatically receives an approval request email. There is a link in the email which takes the approver directly to the document. The approver checks the document and approves it.

Step 3
The employee receives email notification of approval, signs back into the web portal and completes the order process. Once submitted, the document is routed to the SignatureConnect Quality Control department and then to press.

Remember, before a template is made available it has been pre-approved by the Proof Reading Department, the Compliance Department and the Print Production Department. Due to the fact that personnel can only access the parts of a document where information you permit can be changed, the concerns of those respective departments have all ready been met. This cuts significant amounts of time and labor expense from the production and approval process.
